Building energy efficiency into homes means much more than merely adding insulation. Properly done, an energy efficient home can reduce energy consumption by 50% or more thus saving the environment that we all must share by greatly reducing the amount of fuel needed to operate the home.

 

In partnership with the Environmental Protection Agency, we pursue a systems approach to building homes that conserve energy and conserve our environment.  We call those homes ENERGY STAR homes.

About Don

Don Brown has been building homes here in Southern New Mexico since 1989.
Now that he is an Energy Star Partner he builds highly energy efficient concrete homes almost exclusively. Most of the demand is for move-up and luxury custom homes but, he still finds time to build a few market homes every year.
Don is a member of the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce, the New Mexico Ready Mix Concrete & Aggregates Association and is a Habitat for Humanity Volunteer.
